March 24, 2014 Signs of Spring

The winter fishing was tough this year due to the extremely cold temps and never ending snow but we still managed a few days a week on the river when we could get the boat in the water and there have been plenty of fish around.

This past week spring finally started to break through a little bit and the fishing is a lot more comfortable. Spring fish are starting to move in and it should be a great couple of months, so call today and reserve your spot for a day on the Muskegon.

Spring fish are starting show up.

As the snow melts the fish begin to show.

My dad with a nice little buck.

Toshi all the way from Japan to fish the Mo. This 16 pound buck was one of nine steelhead to the net, great day of fly fishing for Muskegon river steelhead.
